Do You Think Top Notch Artistes Still Releasing Hits Back To Back, Will Give Way For Upcoming Artistes?

The way top-notch artistes in the Nigeria music space are releasing hit songs back to back is really impressing. They are doing a fantastic job!
Fine, these top artistes have created a strong fan base and they continue winning more souls daily but still, they seemed not to be satisfied by that. They still work their asses off just to make sure they remain relevant and continue to sit at the top of music charts all year round.
I don’t have issues with the way hits are being released, it’s something we should give them kudos over. E no easy at all.
However, I just think these top-notch artistes are not giving space for the younger ones to survive.= at all. They are not slowing down at all upon all the Money.
Imagine, if Olamide, Wizkid & Davido all dropped a Banger this week, and then one upcoming artiste dropped his/her own single also, the buzz and attention the up & coming is about to enjoy will definitely be interrupted and the song might just die off without been noticed or die off without getting the buzz it needs to become an hit single.
Olamide alone has released over 5 hit songs these year, same as Wizkid and Davido. ‘OBO no even dey hear word at all, him just dey drop banger back-to-back. Not to talk of the likes of Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, and others.
Now, if these A-list artiste have decided to continue dropping hit songs every month, I think the upcoming artistes needs to do a whole lot of work if they really don’t want to labour in vain.
They need to become more hungry for success and should emulate the A-list artistes in dishing out Banging jams every week or month to keep up with their Fans else they will continue losing all the Buzz, Endorsement, Attention to the likes of Davido, Wizkid, Olamide etc.
On a serious note, if the known act are not willing to slow down, then the Up & Coming Artistes too really need to work their asses out else, they will continue to be an upcoming artistes for God knows when.
This is my view though.
